2020 comes with several new laws that employers MUST KNOW ABOUT.  Melanie Wallach, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, will walk you through 2020’s major changes while showing you the tools you will need to navigate the new regulations. Melanie Wallach is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 20 years’ experience providing leadership and guidance to executive teams and entrepreneurs. Melanie’s expertise includes overseeing the Human Resource function for employers of all sizes–from large global companies to small manufacturing facilities. Since 2012 she has worked with Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) where she consults with business owners in diverse industries including construction, agriculture, transportation and service organizations. Melanie’s passion for her field is reflected in her involvement with professional HR organizations locally and state-wide.
