HAZWOPER Refresher Training – 8hr.

$150.00 – $200.00Who should attend: General worker or First Responders required to maintain certification for compliance working with or around hazardous materials.
Overview: The course objective is to ensure retention of knowledge, skills and abilities, presented during the 40-hour course as well as present new ideas, concepts and information regarding hazardous material handling in accordance with Cal/OSHA and Fed/OSHA standards and industry practices.
Information reviewed or practiced during this course includes training requirement review, Hazardous Material identification System, Personal Protective Equipment and procedures, Proper handling procedures, Basic Chemistry overview, Hands on Simulation and practice in appropriate level of chemical protection, decontamination practices, and understanding or developing a site-specific health and safety plans.
