Request For DVBE Subcontractor and Supplier Bids
Scope-
- Modernizations to standard classrooms, modernization to existing snack bar, modernization / reconfiguration of existing cafeteria into Ag classrooms and shop, addition of two (2) Ag Science classrooms, and general campus path of travel upgrades.
- Modernization and additions to the existing Gym Building, modernizations to the team rooms and locker rooms in the existing Field House Building, addition of an exterior metal canopy, and miscellaneous site work, as shown on plans and as specified in this project manual.
- Work shall include demolition, site work, earthwork, concrete, interior architectural work, roofing, interior and exterior finishes, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical.

Wage Rates- Bids shall incorporate the prevailing hourly rate of per diem wages for this locality and project as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section(s) 1771, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 and 1813 a copy of which may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/PWD/ and is hereby made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein.
