Scope- Construction of a new Science Building, containing six (6) science labs, and a shared prep area, a new Cafeteria Building including a main cafeteria, food prep, kitchen, snack bar, and miscellaneous spaces, and modernization of a science workroom, storage, and restrooms in an existing building on campus. Work shall include demolition, site work, earthwork, concrete, interior architectural work, roofing, interior and exterior finishes, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other work as necessary or indicated to construct the project. ALL TRADES REQUIRED.

Site Meeting- None.

Wage Rates- Bids shall incorporate the prevailing hourly rate of per diem wages for this locality and project as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section(s) 1771, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 and 1813 a copy of which may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/PWD/ and is hereby made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein. 1. Provide credit for Special-Lite Doors and provide pricing for material and installation of Hollow Metal Doors in Hollow Metal Frames, with specified Hardware.

The DVBE participation has been set at 3% for this solicitation.
DVBE vendors are encouraged to participate.
