Scope-
Construction of a new 15k sqft high school gymnasium at the existing Paradise High School Campus, with related lobby, restrooms, snack bar, & locker rooms, site fire lane & parking improvements. Accessible parking, drop off, & path of travel improvements. Underground infrastructure to serve the project including; waste, water, & gas connections, above & underground pathways for fire alarm & data. ALL TRADES REQUIRED.

Wage Rates- Bids shall incorporate the prevailing hourly rate of per diem wages for this locality and project as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section(s) 1771, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 and 1813 a copy of which may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/PWD/ and is hereby made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein. Alternates- (4)
- Alternate No. 1 (Additive): Provide storage room and added parapet roof per contract drawings.
- Alternate No. 2 (Additive): Provide steel canopy at CMU building exit doors.
- Alternate No. 3 (Additive): Provide steel canopy at locker room entrance.
- Alternate No. 4 (Additive): Provide lockers and accessible benches in Boy’s Locker 110 and in Girls Locker 115 as shown in drawings.
DVBE Participation has been set at 3% for this solicitation. DVBE vendors are encouraged to participate.
