Donate Your N95 Masks
As the pandemic Coronavirus COVID-19 continues to sweep the world, our local healthcare professionals could use your help.
There is a nationwide shortage of masks for medical personnel to wear to protect themselves from the virus. It’s been determined N95 masks are an equal substitute for medical masks.
In a release this morning, VP Pence asked construction companies to donate unused N95 masks they have on hand to local hospitals. And refrain from ordering more.
In Butte County, Enloe Hospital would appreciate those donations.
To donate between 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, call first to schedule a drop off time: 530-332-7160. Drop off location is the Cascade building, 1444 Magnolia.
Valley Contractors Exchange will be a drop location for any unused, surplus N95 masks to donate. We’re open 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. If you’re in Chico, drop your masks off at our office. (If we’re not open, drop them in the outside mail drop on the street-side of the lobby.)
If a member company is willing to be a drop & donate location in other areas, let us know and we’ll get the word out.
