New IIPP Requirement

Effective July 1, 2020, Cal/OSHA added a section to the Title 8 §3203.  The new section outlines the requirement to provide employees, or employees representative, a copy of the company IIPP, and to train them that they have the right to ask for it.   If you’ve used the VCE IIPP template, email Carrie for the new information to put in your program, carrie@vceonline.com.
