*OPS Project Listing Access allows you to see what projects are bidding.  It does not allow access to the bidding documents.

Membership with Plan Access:
All basic membership services PLUS the Document Access subscription for the Online Planroom (OPS).
**OPS is a statewide online planroom, giving you access to all project documents, activity lists and contacts, etc.
