Full job description
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager/Handy Man to join our team and provide general maintenance and repair services. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently to complete tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other general repairs. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work on their own.
Responsibilities:
- Have knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other home repair skills.
- Have knowledge of tools and materials needed for repairs.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently.
- Be able to follow instructions accurately.
- Be able to troubleshoot problems and find solutions quickly.
- Be able to communicate effectively with others.
Job Type: Full-time
