Commercial HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:

• Install ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment to meet client specifications.
• Prioritize safety, adhering to appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and client requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and through effective communication.
• Work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
• Collaborate with colleagues and follow directions from management.
• Be available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays to meet client needs.

Minimum Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC Installer
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Vocational training or apprenticeship in an HVAC program preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred.
• Professional appearance and friendly personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
