Client Relations Coordinator

Posted 2 months ago

The Client Relations Coordinator is an important part of the law firm’s public image. As the voice and first face in the law firm’s office, the Client Care Coordinator is the clients’ first impression of the firm. On the phone or meeting clients personally, the Client Care Coordinator should always have a smile on their face and in their voice. They should be courteous and portray eagerness and a willingness to help in whatever way possible – going beyond the stated needs of clients and anticipating ways to deliver a “WOW” experience. The duties required of this “job” consist very much of what might traditionally be considered receptionist and office assistant, but also includes what may be considered the traditional roles of production paralegal, proofreader, event planner, marketing guru and financial assistant.

The Client Relations Coordinator will answer calls, route messages, welcome visitors, calendar seminars and appointments, work with our marketing company, input reservations and client information, contact community members, assist attorney, among other duties. It is the responsibility of the Client Relations Coordinator to ensure the law firm’s workflow processes are working smoothly and efficiently and to prepare the office each morning for maximum efficiency.
