Or, a presentation on snow blowers and it is 110 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Toolbox talks are an important part of every companies safety program and employee training. Join Bret Hinerman as he shares time proven tips and tricks to make those toolbox talks fun, memorable and effective safety training. Bret has over 25 years’ experience in both general industry and construction safety management. You are sure to learn something and have fun doing it!

About the Speaker:
Bret Hinerman is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Management from CSU Chico. His background spans 25 years: 14 years in heavy civil and marine construction as a safety manager and project engineer; 11 years of water and wastewater utility experience as a regional safety manager for a large publicly traded utility company. Bret focuses on active engagement at all levels of an organization to achieve safety results.
