CalRecycle intends to award three (3) separate contracts to the following: ECC Constructors LLC (Town of Paradise), SPSG Partners JV (Town of Paradise), and Ceres Environmental Services Inc., dba Environmental & Demolition Services Group (Outside the Town of Paradise).
