Join us and Cook Brown attorney Carrie Bushman for a seminar on Prevailing Wage and Skilled & Trained Workforce Compliance.
She’ll review what types of work, projects, and workers are covered. Attendees will learn how to read and interpret prevailing wage determinations, including scopes of work, travel and subsistence provisions, and shift differential provisions. The class will also cover public works contractor registration requirements; apprenticeship compliance; recordkeeping requirements including eCPR; and prevailing wage enforcement, with a focus on the Skilled & Trained Workforce regulations.
