BUTTE COUNTY BUILDING PERMIT SERVICES TO BE OFFERED AT THE PARADISE BRANCH LIBRARY

In an effort to bring building permit services closer to Camp Fire impacted communities, a Butte County Building Permit Center will soon be available at the Paradise Branch Library, located at 5922 Clark Road in Paradise.

The Butte County Building Permit Center will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00AM to 3:30PM, excluding holidays, beginning on Monday, August 19, 2019. Services will be available for the unincorporated areas of Butte County, specifically those areas directly affected by the Camp Fire.

Butte County building permit services will continue to be available at the Butte County Development Services Office in Oroville. The Butte County Development Services Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM, and 8:00AM -3:00PM on Wednesday (excluding holidays).

Building permit services for properties in the Town of Paradise are available at Town of Paradise Town Hall, located at 5555 Skyway.

“We are excited about this new rebuild initiative for Magalia and the Upper Ridge, and are hopeful that the Paradise Library will serve as a more convenient location for those affected by the Camp Fire,” Supervisor Doug Teeter said.

Media representatives are invited to celebrate the opening of the Butte County Building Permit Center on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 9:00AM. Refreshments will be served and media interviews will be available at the Butte County Building Permit Center, located at 5922 Clark Road in Paradise.
