Minimum Applicant Requirements:

• Pass a pre-employment drug test/background check
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Vocational, training or apprenticeship of an HVAC program (preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (preferred)
• Professional appearance and friendly personality

As an Installer at Jessee Heating and Air, you will:

• Install roof/window flashing
• Install ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services as needed
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Participate in technical training
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Work in extreme conditions (heat/cold) depending on weather
• Climb ladders
• Crawl into small and/or tight spaces
• Bend, stoop, crawl, stand, sit for extended periods
• Follow direction as provided by management
• Provide excellent customer service and have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
