Construction Estimator- Work Monday-Friday on the Ridge!

We are looking for a Construction Estimator to calculate estimates/bids for a heavy equipment construction company.

The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with numbers. You must have great attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Construction Estimator responsibilities include:

• Acquiring understanding of the requirements of the project/program at hand

• Selecting metrics to produce valid estimates

• Visiting sites and other venues to gather essential information in all types of weather and all types of terrain.

• Review documents or consult experts to collect all necessary data

• Foster relationships with DADCO Customers

• Collecting all pertinent documents including property plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.

• Knowledge of building codes.

• Basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts

• Well-organized and reliable

• Ability to negotiate with seasoned Sales personnel.

• Dependable, conscientious, and well-spoken.
